1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Slice, salt and squeeze cucumber lengthwise. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and the dressing made from sugar, sour cream and vinegar.

Mix sugar and sour cream, add vinegar and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumbers. Sprinkle the top with black pepper. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
