2 T. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1½ c. flour
⅓ c. milk
1½ c. blueberries, dusted with flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar until well blended; set aside.

Beat egg whites with a hand mixer until they form peaks. Set aside.

Beat egg yolks aggressively. Add flour alternating with milk. Mix with creamed butter and sugar mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour half the batter into greased 8"x8" pan. Add a layer of blueberries. Top with remaining batter. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
