3/4 c. unsalted peanuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c sugar
1/8 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
mix the nuts and salt,put sugar in a heavy frying pan .Place over low heat stirring constantly,until sugar is dissolved into a light brown syrup. Remove from fire and add soda stir throughly and quickly stir in nuts and pour into large cookie sheet and press and stretch thin.
