Grandma’s fudge

2 cups of sugar
Three large spoons of powdered cocoa more if you want it darkerto 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 to 2 teaspoons of vanillaTeaspoon of vanilla
One and a half tablespoons of butter
2 cups of chopped nuts(Granny used pecans)


Prepare a pan with butter to put the fudge into to cool


Stir the sugar and chocolate together
Add the milk and cook at medium high until softball stage
Remove from heat add the peanut butter vanilla and nuts
Stir until it gets thick and pour into the preset pan to cool

This takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on your altitude and how long it takes to get to softball stag
