4 cups cucumbers (ground)
4 cup onions (ground)
4 cup green peppers (ground)
2 cup red peppers (ground)
4 cup cabbage (ground)
1/2 cup salt

5 cup sugar
1Tbls celery seed
2 Tbls mustard seed
1 tsp tumeric (optional)
4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

4 cups cucumbers (ground)
4 cup onions (ground)
4 cup green peppers (ground)
2 cup red peppers (ground)
4 cup cabbage (ground)
1/2 cup salt, sprinkle over these vegetables and let stand in ref over night. Drain and rinse. Then drain again.


In kettle put and mix well,
5 cup sugar
1Tbls celery seed
2 Tbls mustard seed
1 tsp tumeric (optional)
4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water

Bring to a boil, then boil for 5 minutes.
Seal in sterilized jars.
Makes 8 pints
