Ingredients: For the Dough:
1 teapoon yeast 3/4 cup warm water 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
For the topping: 4 ripe roma tomatoes sliced 1 round of sliced mozzarella cheese 2 cups of Fresh Basil 2 tablespoons olive oil salt pepper

Directions:Dissolve yeast in water and set aside 10 minutes.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients. Make a well in the middle and pour in the liquid yeast. Combine ingredients with a wooden spoon. Lightly flour surface and lightly oil your hands. Knead for 5 minutes.
Lightly oil dough ball and inside of medium glass bowl. Cover with clear food wrap. Set aside at room temperature 2 hours. Punch down dough and form into a ball again. Cover and refrigerate again for 2 hours.
Pre heat grill: Roll out dough into round pizza and brush with olive oil. Add tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and garlic salt. Place on grill 7-10 minutes. Add Basil and Serve. |
