Preheat to 400
1¼ cup flour
½ cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 large egg


Lemon Berry Tart
½ cup lemon curd
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened

Berries of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter
Add sugar, egg and flour
Mix together until dough forms
Press firmly on ungreased 11-inch tart pan
Bake 10-12 minutes, until light brown, cool


Beat lemon curd and cream cheese in bowl
Spread over crust
Refrigerate for an hour
Arrange berries on lemon mixture
Store covered in refrigerator
