Ingredients:  
1lb Cooked and chopped chicken breast or thighs.
2 cups of your favorite cooked white rice.
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup of sour cream.
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers.
4 T melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside.
Spoon rice into the bottom of a 8x8 pan.
Spread cooked, chopped chicken over the rice.
Pour soup mixture over the chicken and rice.
Top with crushed crackers.
Pour melted butter over the crackers.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
