1 cup dark brown sugar Juice of 1 orange 1/4 cup honey Rind of grated orange Pinch of salt
Heat the brown sugar , honey and orange juice in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the rind and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Brush glaze over the meat about 45 minutes before the ham is done. (Cook ham according to package directions and use this glaze for marinating ham)
