Two racks of baby back ribs

Favorite Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 º. Bake at 425º for 45 to 60 minutes. Reduce oven temperarture to 375º. Baste the ribs with your favorate barbecue sauce. Bake, covered, for an additional 1 to 1 1/4 hours longer or until the ribs are tender, basting every 15 minutes with the barbecue sauce.

OPTIONAL: After baking, grill over hot coals for 5-10 minutes basting once.

HINT: Line roasting pan with foil to make cleanup easier.
