Two racks of baby back ribs

Favorite Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 . Bake at 425 for 45 to 60 minutes. Reduce oven temperarture to 375. Baste the ribs with your favorate barbecue sauce. Bake, covered, for an additional 1 to 1 1/4 hours longer or until the ribs are tender, basting every 15 minutes with the barbecue sauce.

OPTIONAL: After baking, grill over hot coals for 5-10 minutes basting once.

HINT: Line roasting pan with foil to make cleanup easier.
