Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 gallon of Burgundy (either C.K Mondavi or Carlo Rossi)
1 pint of red wine vinegar (Shoprite, Progresso, etc.)

Remove 1 pint of Burgundy from the gallon jug and replace with a pint of red wine vinegar. Place cap on gallon jug and turn upside down once or twice to mix. Put several holes on the top of the cap with a hammer and thin nail. Store in a remote place out of direct light and at room temperature (give or take: just not extreme heat or cold).

Note: The fermentation process can take several weeks to months, depending on the desired strength. The vinegar can be tested periodically for desired strength.
