2 tbsp Olive oil
1 small onion chopped
8-10 basil leaves
Small to medium size can of diced or crushed tomatoes
4 boiled potatoes
½ to 1 lb of peas

Heat oil over medium heat and add onion and basil. Then add tomatoes, then potatoes and finally peas. The ratio should be 1/3 tomatoes, 1/3 potatoes, 1/3 peas. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
