1 -2 pork tenderloin(s)

MARINADE

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T. dried ground mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 garlice gloves - minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over tenderloin. Cover and seal well; refrigerate for 24 hours, turning meat twice. Plastic bag works great. When ready to roast or grill, remove tenderloin from marinade and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper (optional). For roasting, preheat oven to 350º. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes .
