4 baking potatoes
1 cup sour cream
½ butter, softened
1-s oz package creamed cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped including tops
1 teas salt
1 teas pepper
¼ teas thyme
Milk
¾ grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise. Spoon potato into a bowl. Set shells aside. To potato, add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, onions, salt, pepper, thyme.
whip until light. (Add milk only if necessary). Fold in Cheese. Fill shells. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Crincle foil around potato half. Carefully put on cookie sheet. Baked 350º for 20 minutes.
