2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Frosting:

1 stick margarine
5 tablespoons cream
1/4 cup cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Bring to a boil the margarine, water and
cocoa; add to flour and sugar. Mix well. Add the mix in
buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour into sheet pan. Bake
15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

For the frosting:

Mix margaine, cream and cocoa. Add powdered sugar,
chopped nuts and vanilla. Spread frosting on cake!
