1 ½ Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Cream
1 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
