6 Tsp accent
6 Tsp onion powder(or) onion salt
6 Tsp garlic powder(or) garlic salt
6 Tsp ground ginger powder ( or adjust to taste)
5-6 cups of white sugar (or adjust to taste)
3-4 Tbsp Brandy
6 cups kikoman soy sauce

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan warm and whisk until completely combined. Let cool then store in refrigerator
