2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper




Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
