10-12 leaves spinach
1 celery stalk
handful red cabbage
1 inch thick slice red bell pepper
1 1/4 inch thick cucumber, peeled
8 baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Wash all vegetables. Put into blender with small amount of water and pulse until mixture reaches desired temperature. Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate. Some like to microwave refrigerated mixture for 10- 20 secs. to take chill off. Eat it, if you dare!!!!

Christina would eat this for Grandma and Grandpa Priest, happily, but spit it out at home!
