1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parm/locatelli cheese
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make a paste with a third of the dry mixture and all of the wet ingredients.
Put paste on salmon and then remaining breadcrumbs on top of that.
Bake at 375 for 20 min to 1/2 hour until internal temp is 125 degrees
