1/2 stick of butter
2 cups Minute Rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 pkg dehydrated onion soup
2 or 3 boneless chicken breast, halved
1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix rice, soups,curry powder and milk. Pour in baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 of the pkg of onion soup mix over this. Place chicken on top of mixture. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Check after 1 hour to make sure it’s not getting dry. Add more milk as needed.
