¾ c. salad oil
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper – diced
1 medium onion – diced
2 medium carrots – shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed.
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 box lemon jell-o

Directions:
Directions:
Pour salad oil over vegetables, salt, celery and mustard seeds. Boil vinegar and sugar. Dissolve jell-o in hot syrup. Cool a little and pour over vegetables. Let stand several hours. Keeps well.
