2 lbs. hamburger
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. water
6 c. crushed taco chips
½ c. tomato juice
2½ c. sour cream
2 oz. taco seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, add taco seasoning, water and tomato juice. Simmer 25-30 min. Break ½ taco chips in a 9x13 pan. Place meat mixture over the chips and spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on sour cream and add remainder of the chips. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 350º. Serve with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
