2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
salt
pepper
onion
garlic to taste
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef.
Add soup and mushrooms and let simmer 30 minutes. Just before serving add sour cream. Heat through.

Serve on rice or egg noodles.
