1C (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
½ C granulated white sugar
½ C packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
4 tsp orange zest
2¼ C All-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 C white chocolate chips

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350º

Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and orange zest. Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together and mix into the creamed mixture. Stir in the white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased bahing sheets.

BAKE for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
