Dressing:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 T. lemon juice
¼ tsp. dried tarragon, crumbled


3 c. cooked chicken/turkey, cubed
3 c. cooked wild rice
1/3 c. finely sliced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. salted cashews, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and tarragon and set aside. Add the dressing to chicken, rice, onion and salt/pepper mixture. Mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews.

Serve with crunchy bread!
