Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

2- 8oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
12 chicken breasts
c. butter
8 oz. mushrooms
1 T. grated onion
2 c. whipping cream
c. dry sherry

Prepare rice according to package. Spread in 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Cook in butter for 20 minutes. Put chicken over rice. Add mushrooms and onion to drippings. Cook. Add cream and sherry. Simmer 10 minutes. Add to chicken/rice.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
