Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

lb. long spaghetti
1 can mushrooms
1 T. lemon juice
4 chicken breasts, cooked
3 T. butter
2 T. flour
tsp. pepper
tsp. paprika
tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. chicken broth.
1 c. whipping cream
2/3 c. parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti and place in 9x13 pan.
Place mushrooms over spaghetti.
Pour lemon juice over spaghetti.
Place diced chicken breasts over all.
In pan, combine all seasonings and add chicken broth. Cook until slightly thickened.
Add whipping cream. Stir until blended.
Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
