2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs (or bread crumbs)
1½ lb. hamburger
2 T. chopped onion
1½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix ingredients well in order given. Bake in loaf pan at 350º for 50-60 mins.
