1 box yellow cake mix
1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 pint sour cream
1/4 cup veg. oil
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients. Mix until well moistened.

Makes 2 large loaves. Bake 350 F for 1 hour.
