2 pans cornbread
equal parts day old bread
3 to 4 stalks chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
5 eggs
salt
pepper
lots of sage (3 Tbs. or more)
6 or 7 cans of chicken or turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 or 3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break bread into bite size peices.
Add celery, onion and 2 or 3 boiled eggs. Mix well
Add 2 beaten eggs. Mix well
Add salt, pepper, and sage. Mix well
Pour into a large baking pan.
Make soupy with broth. Where it jiggles. But not too much.
Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes. It should no longer jiggle.

We use a tall kitchen trash bag as a mixing bowl. Turning it over and over mixes well.
The three of us have had many laughs over making this for Thanksgiving. Such fun.

I cannot do Thanksgiving without this!
