6 qts. tomatoes
2 cups brown sugar
2 green peppers
1 stalk celery
3 or 4 medium onions
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup white vinegar
pickling salt

1. Peel tomatoes, cut up other ingredients.
2. Add sugar, pickling salt and cinnamon to taste.
3. Simmer on low until mixture is thick (time varies).
