1 cup pecan pieces. I use ALOT more
Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
1 stick butter. I used 2 by mistake and they were delicious
1 cup brown sugar
1 box of cook and serve vanilla pudding NOT INSTANT
Cinnamon
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking dish or pan with cooking spray
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of dish/pan
Place frozen rolls in the dish/pan 3 across 5 down. Total of 15
Pour dry pudding mix evenly over rolls
In a small pan melt butter and add brown sugar, bring to a boil stirring constantly
Remove from heat and pour over rolls evenly
Sprinkle cinnamon over top

Spray a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray and cover rolls, then cover with clean dish towel.
Let this sit on your counter or stove overnight and then in the morning preheat oven to 350
Remove towel and plastic wrap and bake for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven and flip onto a platter.
