8 Medium Potatoes (peeled and cut into sections)
2 Small Onions (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
Water (enough to cover potatoes,celery and onions)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1 stick of Butter
4 cups Of Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and section your potatoes, celery and onions then cover with water and cook till potatoes are tender. Then mash the potatoes and onions in the water (do not drain)
add butter, salt, and pepper, and milk , Heat till butter melted then serve.. Do not boil after adding milk
