1 peeled and cubed yam
2 peeled and chopped carrots
I washed and chopped leek
1 peeled and chopped onion
2 peeled and minced garlic
I tsp. mixed herbs (sage, thyme and rosemary)
I tsp. ground turmeric
1 cube of veggie stock
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all vegetables, stock cube, and garlic in a large saucepan and
cover with water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10—15 minutes.
Add herbs and turmeric. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth.
