2 cups oatmeal
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
2 cups of any mix of the following: unsweetened coconut flakes, wheat germ, sesame seeds. Can also sub oatmeal or protein powder. I usually use 1 cup coconut flakes and add extra flax seed or oatmeal. Very flexible recipe.
1 cup flax seed ground
1 cup mini choc chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
I add a handful of dried cranberries.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Keep in refrigerator.
If balls are not sticking together add a bit more honey or peanut butter.
If too sticky add more oatmeal.
Very easy to substitute ingredients to your liking.
