4 lbs. pork ribs 1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar *1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsps. worchestershire sauce
2 tbsps. prepared mustard *1 tsp. celery seed

Cook ribs in boiling water for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, next 5 ingredients, 1/2 cup water, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove ribs from water and add to sauce. Simmer in sauce for 30 minutes.

This is one of my favorites, although I don't fix it ofyen. I always boeless ribs so I don't use 4 pouns; maybe 2. I think I got this from the Good Houskeeping cookbook.
