Ingredients:  
1/4 cup cooked potatoes
Confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, add vanilla, almond extract and 1 package of
confectioners sugar until soft dough is formed. Roll dough out
and spread peanut butter on top. Roll up like a jelly roll and
refrigerate overnight. Cut into pieces and serve. Sprinkle
confectioners sugar on top.
