1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1 10 ounce package frozen strawberies
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 3 ounce package strawberry gelatin



For the "Pink Icing":

1 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 pounds confectionsers sugar
red food coloring (tint to color pink)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Place cake mix, oil eggs and jello in large mixer bowl and blend
well with electric mixer. Add strawberries. Line muffin cup with
paper liners. Pour mixture into each muffin cup.

For the frosting:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until
smooth. Tint with red food coloring to make "Pink". May
sprinkle with "Pink" sprinkles.

When Isabelle was going through her first few month's of
intensive treatment at St. Jude she had to get a series of shot's
in her leg. She had to get 3 shot's a week. She would
close her eye's and think of "Pink Cupcake's" until it was over.
