6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Cilantro Lime Seasoning (Tone's)

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Juice of 1 lime

Salt

Granulated Garlic

1/4 cup (approx) Olive Oil for marinade

Directions:
Directions:
Pat chicken dry. Coat with olive oil, then sprinkle cilantro lime seasoning over each piece. Put in ziplock bag with little olive oil (if needed), juice of 1 lime, and 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or (best) overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade, sprinkle again with cilantro lime seasoning and salt. In a pan with 1 T olive oil, cook chicken 3 minutes on each side, remove and put in oven baking pan.

Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

This can also be done in the Air Fryer - cook 2-3 pieces at a time for 3 1/2 minutes on each side. Check to make sure they are completely cooked before serving.
