2- 12 to 16 oz bags of dried bread cubes for stuffing
2 bunches of green onions chopped- greens and all
2 bunches of parsley -chopped
5 to 7 stalks of celery- chopped
butter
1# pork breakfast sausage
2 tbsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
cook the sausage until browned
transfer cooked sausage to a plate
pour sausage drippings into a measuring cup and add enough butter to reach one cup
cook onion and celery in drippings until tender but not browned
add 1/3 of the bread cubes and mix
transfer bread and onion mixture into a large bowl
add sausage remaining bread cubes and seasonings and mix
add chicken broth to moisten mixture

cook in turkey
or in greased casserole dish-at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
