1 Pkg Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
½ stick of butter
6 C cut up zucchini
¼ C diced onion
1 C shredded carrots
1 C sour cream
1 Can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Pinch of sage

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the Pepperidge Farm Stuffing and butter. Using one half of mixture, pat into a 9x13 pan. Safe the other half for topping.
2. Cook zucchini five minutes in salted water & drain.
3. Add 1 cup shredded carrots and onions to drained zucchini and mix in sour cream, soup and sage.
4. Mix together & spread on top of stuffing. Then add the remaining half of stuffing on top of zucchini.
5. Bake 350ºF for 30 - 45 minutes until toasty done.
