1 stick butter, softened
1 16 ounce package powedered sugar
2 teapoons vanilla

Blend cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until smooth.
Slowly add sugar and blend well. Mix in vanilla. May garnish
with coconut or chopped nuts.

This icing is so yummy on cupcakes! Sprinkle with coconut or
chocolate shavings! Add a tint of food coloring to change the
