2 stick butter 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 3 cups all purpose flour 1 cup heavy cream 1 teapoon vanilla
Cream butter in a large bowl. Gradually mix in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and cream alternately. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until atoothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15-20 minutes.
