2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 ¼ cup finely chopped celery (about 4 stalks)
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup cooked, cooled rice (or can use Minute Rice)
1 ¼ cup Miracle Whip
½ cup chopped pecans
1 ⅓ cup pineapple tidbits, drained well

Mix together well. Let it sit in refrigerator 3-4 hours before seving. Serve in crescent rolls to make this a main dish.
