1 bunch Roman lettuce
Ranch Dressing

1 lb. Chicken tenders or boneless breast cut into 1 inch bite size pieces
2 tsp butter
Frank's Red Hot

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the lettuce in water and then break apart or chop into bite size pieces. let drain or spin to dry.
Coat the bottom of a large frying with oil and heat over medium heat. Brown chicken pieces until brown and cooked through. Remove from pan to a paper towel.
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add about 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot. Add the chicken and coat completely. Use more Frank's if you want.
Thoroughly mix the Romaine and the Ranch Dressing in a large salad bowl. Divide evenly into 4 salad bowls. Top with the chicken.
