9X11 pan
8 Extra large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbs melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup brown sugar 9for topping) & additional 3tbs cubed butter
2 1/2 cups of hot water
4 cups of stale cubed or torn bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Butter pan
Have ready an additional pan 1/2 way filled with hot water

Place bread in buttered pan
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk 8 extra large eggs, add vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, sweetened condensed milk and melted butter.
Slowly drizzle hot water into this mixture whisking quickly. (be careful not to scramble egg mixture)

When this step is complete, pour mixture over bread.

Sprinkle brown sugar on top and dot with cubed butter.

Place bread pudding in water bath and place in middle rack of oven for approx. 1 hr.
