Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 small bag baby spinach
Crushed red pepper seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Generously coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil. Add garlic and stir until softened and slightly browned over medium heat. Reduce heat and add the spinach. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover for just a moment or 2 and then stir the bottom to the top. There is no need to cover again. Just stir constantly until the spinach is wilted but still very bright green.
Toss with crushed red pepper seeds if you want it.
