1 package button or baby bella mushrooms cleaned and destemmed.
3/4 cup of italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 can crab meat drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup dry vermouth or other dry white wine
Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms by using damp paper towel to wipe them clean of any dirt. snap the stems off of the mushrooms so just the caps are left. It's ok to leave the "gills".
Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish. Add the breadcrumbs, crab and vermouth. Mix thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese to taste.
Stuff the mushrooms with filling. The should look like a scoop of ice cream in a bowl.
