- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup & 2 tbsp shortening
- 1 ½ tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup ice cold water mixed with 1 egg (use 6 tbsp of this liquid)

Directions:
Directions:
1.) In a large mixing bowl, combine all-
purpose flour, shortening, sugar and
salt.
- Blend together with a pastry cutter
until crumbly.

2.) In a small bowl, mix egg with water.
- Blend into flour mixture.
- Divide into 2 balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least
30 minutes before working with it.
